Empower Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in Mandurah and Rockingham, WA, delivering home-based assessments and interventions under NDIS and Homecare packages. You will collaborate with clinical leads and OT colleagues in a knowledge-sharing workplace.

You will provide home visits, implement therapy plans, arrange equipment, and develop outcomes-focused programs to improve daily living skills and independence for clients in their communities.
