Wilmark Landscape Construction is a family business, proudly operating for over 30 years. Our team works across a range of residential projects, focussing on architecturally designed landscapes on the Mornington Peninsula. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, attention to detail and excellent company-wide communication. What we're looking for

- Qualification in Landscape Construction
- Strong hardscaping skills including concreting, paving, retaining walls, irrigation, steel edging and low voltage lighting
- Experience in soft landscaping including planting, mulching, soil conditioning and turf
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Robust teamwork and communication skills




- Current or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications such as White Card or Landscape industry certifications
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience managing a crew desired but not essential

We offer a competitive salary, a supplied uniform, and no weekend work unless mutually agreed upon (regular hours 7:00am-3:00 Monday to Friday). Our work is exclusively on the Mornington Peninsula, so you can avoid long commutes. You will work with a small team across the entire scope of a project, from set-out through to sign-off.
