ABOUT THE ROLE n

Deliver key financial reporting and analysis for several funds in an impressive ASX listed organisation.

DUTIES n

n
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting across funds and capital partnerships
n




- Deliver management reporting requirements
n
- Detailed financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision making
n
- Work closely with group finance to deliver robust financial controls to support new capital partnering structures
n
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE nn
- Funds management and capital partnering experience
n
- Prior property experience would be advantageous
n
- High level of technical accounting expertise with a commercial mindset
n
- CA or CPA qualification
n
- Strong communication and presentation ability
n
