Job Description

Bentleys (Victoria) Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Paraplanning Manager in Melbourne to lead end-to-end advice preparation and coordinate with advisers and offshore paraplanners. You will oversee strategy interpretation, document drafting and quality control to deliver high-standard financial advice.

You will manage workflow, drive process improvements and coach offshore teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance across SOAs, ROAs and cashflow modelling.
