We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focusedSwim School Team Leader to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim school.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within the fitness industry. Loves working with children and families, has strong leadership and organisational skills.

About the Role

n

As Swim School Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the swim school, while creating a positive, safe and welcoming setting for students, families and staff.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim school

n

Coordinating class timetables, enrolments and student progression

n

Leading, supporting and developing swim instructors and staff

n

Maintaining high standards of safety and customer service

n

Communicating with parents and families regarding lessons and student progress

n

Handling enrolments, bookings,



payments and general administration

n

Building strong relationships with students, families and the wider community

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and professional

Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities

n

A confident communicator and leader

n

Great with children and families

n

Reliable, proactive and able to work independently

n

Comfortable managing staff and handling administrative responsibilities

n

Focused on delivering an excellent experience for every student

n

Previous swim school, aquatic, childcare, education or management experience is preferred.

n
