At Anytime Fitness Cessnock, we want to deliver the best possible member experience. We are searching for an energetic Membership Consultant to join our team.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base

n

Assist in all daily operations within your club - including sales, admin, cleaning, social media, and spending time engaging with members

n

Work closely with the Club Manager and your team to achieve the clubs goals

n

Assist members with enquiries

n

Promote the club within the local community

n

Drive marketing and advertising campaigns, including in club social media

n

Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment

n

Self motivated: Willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally

n

Able to work autonomously

n

Proactive: Offer opinions, feedback and current ideas in partnership with the management

n

Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others

n

Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality or similar sectors is desirable

n

Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is required

n

Working with children, first aid, police check, drivers license are a requirement
