Upswing Recruitment is seeking an LF Operator (Counter Balance Forklift) based in Kemps Creek NSW for an immediate start on the day/night shift. Travel, logistics, and coldroom handling experience are advantageous, with a mandatory LF licence and PPE. The role offers a night shift schedule, potential overtime, and a path from temporary to permanent employment.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, punctual, reliable, and able to start ASAP. Own transport is preferred for early morning starts.
