RSL LifeCare Merimbula is seeking an experienced Café Manager for our in office café at the Retirement Village in Merimbula. You will lead the day-to-day operations, coach a small team, and ensure outstanding customer service and presentation while driving sales and ensuring food safety standards.

This permanent, full-time role offers a supportive team, an inclusive community environment, and opportunities to engage with residents, staff, families and visitors.
