The Opportunity
With a number of new projects secured, this commercial builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its team.
You’ll take ownership of two projects at a time, working closely with your CA and Site Managers and wider delivery team. The work spans government and private education, industrial facilities and social housing, with projects generally valued between $5M and $25M.
You’ll manage the full delivery process, from programme and procurement through to budgets, subcontractors,
client relationships and handover. You’ll be based in the central Brisbane office and plan site visits around what your projects need.
This would suit a PM who enjoys being across the detail and making decisions, but wants the support of a project team rather than carrying every part of delivery alone.
