Our management team nurtures a happy and positive workplace culture that paves the way for our center and our educators to thrive. Our management team is there to support our educators for their needs, listen to their voice and work on all solutions with our educators together.

We have 4 educators even travel more than 1 hours one way on road come to work everyday, but they said:

participates in high-quality group professional development to learn and grow together. Our management team provides various opportunities for our educators to improve practicesat the workplace.

The founder of Crown Kiddo Education offers free internal PDtraining to our educatorsregularly whohave early childhood education background at Columbia University and Harvard University in the U.S. and also with a Ph.D. qualification in teachers’ education of Early Childhood Education as well as carrying a role as a senior lecturerand course coordinator of 4 years degree in the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

Crown Kiddo Education uses an integrated educational approach: Human Intelligence and quotients; drama and music; Montessori Approach; STEM and AI; Public Speaking and Literacy; Gardening and Planting; Arts and Crafts that allows for individualized teaching and for children to learn and be challenged at their own pace as they develop. In order to cater for each child’ diversity, Individualized plans will be programmed,planned and implemented by our educators. All teachers' different interests are valued to choose their own favorite programs to play together with the children.

Our goal is to partner with families and localcommunities to guide each child’s unique development journey. The goalof our educational program is to provide children with the knowledge and skills to thrive in their educational career as lifelong learners,encouragingthem with a strong focus on critical thinking, resilience, confidence,



independence, language skills, interpersonal communication, mathematics, and practical life skills. We do this by tailoring our educational programs to suit the development needs and interests of each child. We aim to ignite a love of learning in our children. Ultimately, we want to prepare our kids, not only for society, but also for life. We aim to help children to achieve their full potential. Therefore, we commit ourselves to delivering excellence in all aspects of early childhood education and care.
