Description

- Process end-to-end payroll in a high volume environment
- Ensure payroll compliance, superannuation, payroll tax and STP obligations are met.
- Manage payroll queries and liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
- Complete payroll reconciliations, adjustments and reporting activities.
- Support payroll systems improvements and process enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager with the opportunity to develop into a future leadership position.

Profile





- Proven end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements.
- Experience processing high volume payrolls with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using payroll systems and a willingness to contribute to process improvements and systems projects.

Job Offer

- Salary package between $90,000 and $120,000 + Super.
