About Us

QSP Physiotherapy & Massage (formerly Queen Street Physiotherapy) has been a trusted provider of hands-on musculoskeletal care in Brisbane CBD for over 20 years.

Located in the Brisbane Club Tower, we specialise in treating sporting, workplace and general musculoskeletal injuries.

We are a hands-on clinic, focusing on manual therapy, clinical reasoning and patient outcomes — not high-volume, exercise-only treatment. Our one-on-one 30-minute appointments allow us to provide high-quality care and build strong relationships with our patients.

Your Role

- Provide high-quality physiotherapy care for musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
- Take ownership of your patient outcomes and develop a loyal caseload
- Step into an existing patient base and continue to grow your caseload through strong clinical results
- Work closely with an experienced clinical team in a professional and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with GPs, specialists and other referrers where required
- Work Monday to Friday with no weekend requirements

What We Offer

- Permanent full-time position
- $100,000 salary + superannuation
- 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday

Essential Requirements Applications not meeting these requirements will not be considered.

- Full AHPRA registration with no supervision requirements
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Minimum of 3 years of private practice physiotherapy experience in Australia
- Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
- Strong English communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a full clinical caseload

The ideal clinician will have:

- Strong manual therapy skills
- A genuine interest in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Excellent clinical reasoning
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A qualified and reliable approach
- A desire to develop long-term relationships with patients and referrers

This position is not suitable for a new graduate. Why This Role?

You will have access to an existing patient base rather than needing to build a caseload entirely from scratch, while still having the autonomy to develop your own clinical style and patient following.
