As a Senior Pharmacist (Aseptic Production), you'll help ensure patients receiving cancer treatment have access to safe, timely and high-quality medicines. From leading specialist compounding services to supporting service improvements and multidisciplinary care, you'll contribute to outcomes that positively impact patients, colleagues and the broader community.

Leading specialist aseptic production services that support safe and efficient cancer treatment delivery.

Partnering with pharmacists, nurses, prescribers and other stakeholders to optimise patient care and service outcomes.

Supporting workforce capability through coaching, supervision and development of pharmacy team members.

Driving quality, safety and innovation initiatives that strengthen service performance and patient experience.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

Current registration as a pharmacist with the relevant Australian registration authority.

Strong experience in aseptic production, quality systems and safe medication management.

Proven ability to lead, mentor and support staff within a complex healthcare environment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with multidisciplinary teams.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in a relevant field and/or experience within oncology, cancer care or clinical trials services.
