At Glenroy Foot Clinic, we’re looking for an experienced podiatrist who enjoys patient care and is ready to take on greater responsibility. The opportunity

Alongside a clinical caseload, your role could include:

- Mentoring students, new graduates and other team members.
- Contributing to clinical education, case discussions and shared learning.
- Helping improve the patient experience and clinic processes.
- Developing services that align with your clinical interests and community needs.
- Working with the principal on team development and business direction.
- Exploring a future business partnership, where there is mutual alignment.

We’ll shape the scope of the role together around your experience, strengths and goals. Leadership responsibilities would be discussed clearly, including the time and support needed to carry them out.

About you

You’re an experienced podiatrist who provides thoughtful, patient-centred care and enjoys working with others. You’re reliable,



curious and willing to take initiative.

You’ll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a podiatrist.
- Sound clinical judgement and clear communication skills.
- An interest in leadership or practice development.
- A team-oriented approach and willingness to both share knowledge and keep learning.
- Values that align with kindness, honesty, resourcefulness and quality patient care.

You don’t need to have held a formal leadership role or owned a business before. We’re interested in your experience, approach and motivation to take the next step.
