The Role We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processor (Filleting) to join our team at our Huonville site, located just 30 minutes south of Hobart. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday- Friday roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
- Uphold Tassal’s commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Role Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
- Robust time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Forklift licence (highly desirable).
