We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Lead to support the governance, coordination and delivery of a technology project portfolio within a complex, asset-intensive organisation.

This is a hands-on portfolio delivery role, working closely with the Group Manager Technology, Project Managers, business stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure technology initiatives are appropriately planned, governed, monitored and delivered.

About the role

You will operate across the technology portfolio, providing delivery leadership and practical support while helping establish consistent project governance, reporting and delivery practices.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Supporting the management of the technology demand pipeline from initial assessment through prioritisation and approval into delivery.
- Supporting portfolio governance, including governance gates, decision-making forums, approvals, actions and reporting.
- Working with Project Managers and delivery partners to ensure appropriate project plans, RAID registers, financial tracking, schedules and governance artefacts are maintained.
- Providing consolidated portfolio reporting across scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing and key milestones.
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide meaningful portfolio insights.




- Supporting senior management with executive-level reporting and presentations

About you

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead with a strong background in technology project delivery and portfolio governance.

You will ideally bring

- 3+ years' experience in a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Project Delivery Manager, Technology Delivery Manager or similar senior delivery role.
- Experience working across technology, ICT or digital project portfolios.
- Strong experience with project and portfolio governance.
- Experience managing or supporting multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies including PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile and/or SAFe.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of project financials, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Experience with portfolio reporting and executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI to develop or manage project/portfolio dashboards and reporting.

Industry experience

Experience within mining, resources, energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, ports, rail, transport or another complex asset-intensive organisation will be highly regarded.
