/n Excellence in major project delivery starts with a well-designed study considering the key aspects needed for a successful build and commission. /n Working across the project lifecycle, our connected team of strategic advisors and project engineers offer end-to-end expertise – from project origination through to delivery. /n With the right mix of industry knowledge and technical skills all under the one roof, we help our clients progress with confidence down the road to decarbonisation. /n /n Who are we looking for? /n We’re looking for Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to join GHD’s national Delivery Phase Services (DPS) business with a focus on the Resources sector and ability to be based in our Brisbane office. /n This role would suit an experienced Project Manager or Study Manager with experience in consulting or EPCM services, and a strong electrical engineering foundation who can confidently lead complex multi-disciplined projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. You'll be someone who values collaboration, long-term client partnerships and making a lasting contribution to the projects and teams you support. /n Working within our project delivery business, you'll play a key role in leading studies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and guiding projects from early-stage concept and feasibility through detailed design, execution and handover.



/n We are particularly interested in individuals who have built their careers within engineering consulting environments and have experience delivering major non-process infrastructure projects for mining and resources clients. /n /n This position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: /n /n

- Leading studies, feasibility assessments, options evaluations and concept development activities

/n

- Managing major projects from study phase through to detailed design, execution and close-out

/n

- Managing scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder expectations

/n

- Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams

/n

- Working directly with mining and resources clients to define project requirements and delivery strategies

/n

- Supporting business development activities and proposal preparation where required

/n

- Managing project governance, reporting and client communications

/n

- Providing leadership and mentoring to project teams

/n /n /n What you will bring to the team: /n /n

- Proven success as a Project Manager or Study Manager within the mining, resources or industrial sectors, delivering outcomes across multiple project phases while building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams

/n

- A history of providing continuity of leadership and delivery,



guiding projects and client relationships from studies through to execution

/n

- Strong exposure to feasibility, definition, detailed design, execution and project close-out activities

/n

- A consulting or EPCM background gained within engineering advisory and delivery environments

/n

- Electrical engineering qualifications, coupled with technical involvement in power, utilities or broader infrastructure projects

/n

- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement

/n

- Capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex project interfaces

/n

- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical, commercial and client stakeholders at varying levels

/n

- Commercial acumen including the management of contracts, preparation of project execution plans, budgets, schedules and delivery strategies

/n

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
