The Client

Our client is a well-established real estate business with a small, stable team and exceptionally strong staff tenure.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio.

This is a role for someone who knows their stuff and wants to manage their portfolio properly without being overloaded.

With a dedicated BDM driving new business and PCRs outsourced, you'll have the support around you to focus on what you do best — looking after your clients, properties and portfolio.

The Role Taking ownership of an established portfolio, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage approximately 110–115 properties end-to-end
- Build and maintain solid owner and tenant relationships
- Leasing and home opens
- Routine inspections
- Maintenance management
- Arrears management
- Ensure all legislative and compliance requirements are met
- Handle day-to-day portfolio management autonomously




- Work closely with the existing Senior PM and wider team
- Liaise with the outsourced PCR team
- Provide a high level of service to your portfolio

The Ideal Candidate We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who:

- Has solid experience managing a portfolio, ideally at Senior PM level
- Has strong knowledge of WA Property Management legislation and processes
- Is confident managing a portfolio autonomously
- Is reliable, level-headed and organised
- Communicates confidently with owners, tenants and contractors
- Takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service
- Is looking for a long-term home, not just their next role
