The Role

As a Senior Property Manager,



you'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio, supported by a structure designed to allow you to focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Your role will include

- Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
- Overseeing maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
- Providing proactive communication and exceptional service
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding client outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service and portfolio performance
- Contributing to the culture, growth and success of the wider office

About You We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants to be part of something bigger than simply managing a portfolio.

You'll ideally have

- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to exceptional client service
- A collaborative approach and positive attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
