We're recruiting for an established Eastern Suburbs agency seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take responsibility for a well-maintained residential portfolio.

Offering a $120,000–$130,000 package, depending on experience, this is a Monday to Friday position with no Saturdays and genuine support across the department.

You'll have assistance across leasing and administration, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio, building solid landlord relationships and delivering a high level of service without being stretched across every function of the department.

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently manage their own portfolio,



communicate well with landlords and tenants, and wants to work within a professional, well-supported team.
