About the Role

This is a rewarding role, managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties. There is no leasing or trust accounting required—allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Managing lease renewals and rental reviews

- Handling arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation

About You

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about property management. Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in property management
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A valid driver’s licence
