Records management. Systems. Advice. Continuous improvement. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Records Management Officer to provide specialist advice and technical support across Council, while helping to improve the way we manage and maintain corporate information.
As the Senior Records Management Officer, you will provide high-level advice on records management systems, legislation and processes, working with teams across Council to understand their needs and provide practical solutions. You’ll manage Council’s CRM system and Legal Document Register, support records management training and projects, and contribute to continuous improvement across our systems, processes and workflows.
To be successful, you’ll hold a Certificate IV in Records Management, Business Administration or a relevant field, along with comprehensive experience in a similar records management role and a strong understanding of the NSW State Records Act and Records Disposal Authorities. You’ll also bring strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Remuneration
$73,635 - $85,261 per annum plus superannuation

- 35 hour week with an monthly RDO or 9-day fornight arrangement
