We are seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants with a strong understanding of the legal or financial services sectors to join our growing team.

In order to be successful, you will require:

- 2+ years’ 360 recruitment experience in a search firm.
- Deep industry expertise within financial services or legal, with a strong understanding of a specific niche or specialised market.




- An ability to create rapport and maintain robust relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
- Ambition, a sense of self-pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities.
- Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success.

Job Details:

- Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction and sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
- Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
- Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including: talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
