Role: Senior Salesforce Development

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Melbourne, VIC; New South Wales (NSW) (3 Days/Week in Office)

Rate: 1000/day + Super

Your new role:

- Working within multidisciplinary ICT delivery teams, the role will lead the design, development and implementation of Salesforce solutions and provide technical direction to development teams. The role will ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with approved architecture, engineering standards and business requirements.
- The successful candidate will combine solid Salesforce technical expertise with development leadership, providing hands-on technical guidance, coordinating development activities and supporting the delivery of high-quality enterprise Salesforce solutions.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns, in building and working with integrations (example REST APIs, Platform Events) and working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development
- Experience in Salesforce platform technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components,




- Salesforce APIs as well as Vlocity package/Omnistudio platform using Ominiscripts, Flexcards, Integration procedure and DataRaptors
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Omnistudio
- Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain) are highly desirable
- Experience in helping build team capability, establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
