Bonjour, Baptiste. Baptiste is a new French bistro opening in Redfern this November, and we're hiring experienced Senior Section Waiters and Bartenders for the opening team.

ENTRÉE: THE STORY OF BAPTISTE

It's the neighbourhood French restaurant you wish was on your street. Wander in off Wunderlich Lane for a glass at the bar or settle in for the night. Classic bistro cooking, a room that runs from morning to late, and the kind of care you'd expect from TwentyEleven, the group behind The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Olympus, Greca and Yoko Dining.

PLAT PRINCIPAL: THE ROLES

Senior Section Waiter. You can run a busy section with confidence and still keep service warm and personal. You've got strong food and wine knowledge, outstanding instincts with guests and experience in premium, hatted or high-volume restaurants.

Bartender. You're comfortable behind a busy bar and know how to balance speed, precision and hospitality. You'll bring experience in a dispense-style bar with a service element, a real love of cocktails and wine, and the ability to work closely with the floor.

- You love looking after people and thrive when it's busy
- You take pride in your craft and want to keep getting better
- You're available weekends and have full working rights in Australia
- French food or wine experience is a bonus, not a must.
