About the role We are partnering with a large enterprise government agency to engage Senior ServiceNow Software Developers to support and enhance a modern ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will provide senior-level technical advice across the administration, development and continuous improvement of a ServiceNow platform.

You will work across multiple ServiceNow modules ( ITSM, ITOM, HR products, SPM) and environments, deliver changes through structured delivery practices, support upgrades and releases,

troubleshoot complex incidents, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable and user-friendly outcomes.

Required skills

- Strong senior experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration across multiple modules/environments
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent demonstrated capability)
- Proven delivery experience across the full SDLC (analysis, design, build, test, release, support)
- Experience with platform upgrades, releases, patches and hotfixes with sound change/control practices
- Hands-on capability with integrations, automation and configuration,



including forms/catalogue optimisation
- Excellent problem analysis and root-cause troubleshooting for production issues
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (technical and business) with clear communication and documentation
- Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline clearance
