We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of complex fitout projects, keep teams performing at their best, and make sure every project leaves a lasting impression for all the right reasons.

The role

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys owning a site and taking responsibility for how it runs.

You'll lead site delivery on some of our more complex projects, bringing structure, momentum and confidence to every stage of construction. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and clients to keep works moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Beyond day-to-day delivery, you'll be the person others look to when challenges arise.

Whether it's solving a buildability issue, adjusting to programme pressures or guiding less experienced site leaders, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on track and helping those around you succeed.

Experience We’re Looking For

- Extensive experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects.
- Proven experience leading complex projects valued up to $15M, with multiple trades, stakeholders and sequencing challenges
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, buildability and site coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and drive performance outcomes.
- Trade qualification in a relevant construction discipline.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence
