Glam Beauty Bar & Skin Clinic has been part of the Moonee Ponds community for many years, with a loyal client base and strong local following. We are now entering an exciting new chapter, expanding our focus on advanced skin, laser and aesthetic treatments and investing in new technology, education and the development of our team.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Skin & Laser Therapist who brings warmth, expertise and genuine enthusiasm to their work.

What you'll love about this role

This isn't a role where you'll simply move from appointment to appointment.

You'll have the chance to really get to know your clients, understand their skin goals and guide them through personalised treatment journeys that can make a meaningful difference to how they look and feel.

You'll work across an expanding range of advanced skin treatments and technologies, with opportunities to learn, develop and broaden your expertise as we continue investing in the clinic.

What you'll be doing

Your role will include

- Providing beautiful, results-focused skin treatments and an exceptional client experience
- Conducting thoughtful skin consultations and developing personalised treatment plans
- Delivering advanced treatments including skin needling, peels, LED, microdermabrasion and advanced facials
- Working with HydraFacial and new skin technologies as they are introduced




- Delivering laser hair removal and approved laser/IPL treatments where qualified and trained
- Educating clients about their skin and recommending appropriate professional home care
- Following clients through their treatment journey and celebrating their progress
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Creating the little moments of care and attention that turn a good appointment into an exceptional one
- Contributing ideas and helping us continually improve what we offer
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with the wider clinic team

The position may also include selected beauty services such as waxing, brows, lashes and spray tanning, depending on your experience and client demand. Our growing focus, however, is firmly on skin, laser and advanced aesthetics. We'd love to meet you if you...

- Hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification
- Have at least 2-3 years' experience in a skin, laser, beauty or aesthetic clinic
- Genuinely love skin and the beauty/aesthetics industry
- Care deeply about delivering an outstanding client experience
- Enjoy getting to know your clients and building long-term relationships
- Have experience with advanced skin treatments such as needling, peels, LED or results-focused facials
- Are confident conducting consultations and discussing treatment plans
- Have laser/IPL experience or would love the opportunity to further develop in this area
- Are curious, positive and excited by new treatments and technologies
- Take pride in your presentation, treatment room and quality of work
- Enjoy being part of a team and sharing what you know
- Are reliable, professional and genuinely care about doing a great job

Experience with Dermapen 4, HydraFacial, laser, Timely and professional skincare would be wonderful,



but we don't expect one person to arrive knowing everything. If you're an exceptional skin therapist with the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
