Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a Guest Services Associate to facilitate effective communications for guests and staff, both in-house and externally. You will operate switchboard consoles, paging systems, and related computer equipment, logging requests and ensuring timely follow-up.

You will provide wake-up calls, handle guest inquiries with courtesy, assist with emergency procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products and services.
