The Local Council in Sydney's South West is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to support the delivery of multiple projects under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Building Code of Australia.

The role is a 6-month contract with potential extension, offering a hands-on position in assessment, certification and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by solid knowledge of relevant legislation and WHS practices.
