Job Description

Village Cinemas, Australia’s longest-running locally owned cinema chain, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences.

n

You will oversee front-of-house, roster management, cash handling, and compliance with safety standards, while coaching team members on Service Steps to maintain high presentation and service levels. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.
