We are seeking a Senior Structural BIM Modeler at Haskoning with strong expertise in advanced steel framing detailing and reinforcement detailing for precast and in situ concrete. You will lead infrastructure models and drawing packages from concept through detailed design, working closely with structural engineers, civil modelers and project managers.

The role

- Lead structural documentation delivery using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, from early arrangements to coordinated detailed design and construction issue packages.
- Prepare detailed drawings for structural steel framing and piled concrete superstructures, together with reinforcement details for precast and in situ concrete members.
- Coordinate structural interfaces with Civil 3D models, including site levels, earthworks, drainage, utilities and connections to existing infrastructures.
- Set up and manage Autodesk Forma (ACC) project environments and implement BIM execution plans. Coordinate models across disciplines, undertake clash detection and manage issue resolution using Navisworks, Revizto and ACC, including model sharing, revision control and review comments.
- Plan project drafting activities, estimate the effort required at each design stage, monitor progress, review deliverables and mentor less experienced modelers.

Essential experience and skills

- At least 10 years of relevant structural modelling and drafting experience in a design consultancy environment,



including at least 5 years of local experience on Australian infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, including model setup, parametric families, model parameters, schedules and work-sharing, with proven ability to lead project documentation from concept through detailed design.
- Demonstrated advanced detailing experience in steel framing structures and reinforcement for precast and in situ concrete, with a strong understanding of constructability and applicable Australian Standards.
- Hands-on experience with BIM workflows, civil and structural coordination, and model and document management in Autodesk Forma or ACC.
- Ability to interpret engineering inputs, identify missing information, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.

Highly regarded Experience with maritime infrastructure, including wharves, jetties, ports, dolphins, fendering systems, boat ramps, sheet pile walls, anchored combi walls and access trestles.
