Step into a BIM Lead role

Are you a Senior Structural Drafter who enjoys working on technically challenging buildings and wants to be part of a collaborative, specialist structures consultancy?

We're partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy on the Gold Coast that's built an outstanding reputation for delivering creative structural solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Structural Drafter to join their team and eventually step into a BIM Lead role.

About the role

- Creating and maintaining accurate 3D Revit models from engineering sketches and consultant models.
- Producing detailed documentation including plans, sections and elevations.
- Preparing structural drawings for steel and reinforced concrete buildings.
- Drafting construction details across a range of structural systems and construction methodologies.
- Managing document control and maintaining quality assurance standards throughout project delivery, including managing and coordinating a small team

About you To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- 10+ years experience using Revit within a structural engineering consultancy.




- Experience drafting steel and reinforced concrete building structures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
