Lily Lane Creative is looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist / Colourist to join our growing team in Subiaco.

We are a modern, education-led salon with a strong focus on beautiful, wearable hair, exceptional client experience and long-term hair health. Our approach is elevated but relaxed — combining technical expertise, thoughtful consultation and a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional salon environment for both our guests and our team.

We are looking for a confident, experienced stylist with a minimum of 5 years' qualified salon experience, who is highly skilled across both cutting and colour.

About the role

You will be working with an established and growing clientele, delivering high-quality cutting, colouring and styling services while creating a personalised experience for every guest.

We are looking for someone who is confident in:

- Advanced cutting and styling
- Blonde and dimensional colour work
- Foiling and highlighting techniques
- Colour transformations
- Grey blending and coverage
- Toners and glossing
- Consultations and personalised colour planning
- Blow-drying and finishing
- Maintaining the condition and integrity of the hair throughout the colour journey

About you

You will have

- 5+ years' experience as a qualified hair stylist
- Strong skills in both cutting and colour
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- A genuine passion for the hair industry
- A commitment to ongoing education and developing your craft
- High standards of presentation and professionalism
- Confidence working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
- A warm, positive approach to client care
- An interest in current hair, fashion and beauty trends
