About the Role As the Senior Supervisor – Restoration (internally known as Senior Technician), you will be the driving force of our Sydney field operations. This is a hands-on project leadership role where you will manage and execute end-to-end restoration projects involving water, fire, mould, and storm damage.

You will ensure all field activities are delivered safely and in strict alignment with IICRC standards, while providing vital mentorship and technical direction to junior technicians and contractors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate restoration projects across water, fire, mould, and storm damage.
- Site Assessments: Complete site assessments, moisture mapping, and develop accurate restoration plans and scopes.
- Hands-on Delivery: Carry out and oversee water extraction, structural drying, smoke/soot removal, and mould remediation.
- Team Mentorship: Provide daily leadership, technical guidance, and support to Technicians, Labourers, and Contractors.
- Compliance & Safety:



Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with IICRC standards and company procedures.
- Documentation: Manage job records, moisture readings, photos, and insurance-related paperwork.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise professionally with customers, insurers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project life cycle.

What You Bring (Key Selection Criteria)

- Industry Experience: Proven experience in property restoration or closely related industries.
- Qualifications: IICRC Accreditations are highly regarded.
- Compliance: Construction White Card and a Valid, clean driver’s licence are essential.
- Safety: A current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment while keeping a team motivated.
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and comfort utilizing digital job logging systems.
- Customer Focus: A proactive work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service to clients going through a tough time.
