A permanent part-time opportunity to help ensure the integrity, accuracy and performance of referral management processes that directly support patient care.

About the role

As the Senior System Integrity Officer, you will coordinate and support key administrative functions within the Central Patient Intake Unit, ensuring referral management systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining data quality, monitoring referral exceptions, producing performance reports and dashboards, and providing technical and process support to staff across Metro North Health. Your work will help ensure referrals are accurately managed, supporting safe, timely and high-quality healthcare delivery.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Provide high-level administrative support for the Smart Referrals Workflow Solution (SRWS) and Referral Service Directory (RSD), including maintaining clinician records, service mapping and correspondence templates, to support the accuracy and integrity of referral data across CPIU
- Monitor and action daily system and referral exceptions in partnership with internal stakeholders, escalating to clinical or nursing leadership as required, to support uninterrupted referral processing




- Support accurate patient data quality by reviewing HBCIS registration activity and auditing referral closure and correspondence practices against the Specialist Outpatient Services Policy Framework
- Compile and maintain CPIU reporting, dashboards and productivity/KPI statistics to provide accurate, timely data that informs performance management and business improvement activities
