Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Blue Collar

Your new company An opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a global organisation in a senior recruitment role based in Yatala. Working across industrial, operational and corporate hiring, you will play a key role in improving recruitment outcomes, building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders to attract top talent in a quick-paced environment.

This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Your new role

This is a hands-on recruitment role with a strong focus on blue-collar and operational hiring. Approximately half of your workload will support operational positions such as Yard Coordinators, Equipment Inspectors and Auction Coordinators, with the remainder spanning finance, sales and corporate functions.

You will manage multiple vacancies, partner closely with business leaders and agency suppliers, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes. Reporting to an international manager, you will work closely with local stakeholders and have significant autonomy to influence the talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate positions
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers to improve recruitment outcomes
- Develop sourcing strategies across SEEK, LinkedIn and direct channels




- Manage agency and labour hire relationships
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
- Improve recruitment processes, efficiency and candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment data and reporting within HR systems
- Support workforce planning and future talent requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum five years' recruitment experience in internal, agency or mixed environments
- Strong blue-collar or industrial recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience recruiting across operational, trades, logistics or industrial functions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement
- Experience using recruitment platforms including SEEK and LinkedIn
- Exposure to HRIS or ATS platforms
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
