About the role

Take the lead across ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology projects in this permanent Senior Technology and Projects Officer role. Based in Beaudesert, you’ll support a hybrid setting, drive infrastructure improvements and deliver projects that make a real impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ICT infrastructure projects from start to finish
- Support Azure, Microsoft 365, servers and network systems
- Protect systems through strong cybersecurity practices
- Drive ICT improvements, change and service outcomes
- Guide vendors, stakeholders and junior ICT staff

Highly desirable criteria

- Bring strong hybrid infrastructure expertise
- Lead small and large-scale ICT projects
- Apply project management frameworks and best practice
- Work across complex, multi-site environments
- Translate technical issues into clear business advice

Desirable criteria

- Hold a recognised project management qualification




- Bring ITIL service management experience
- Know Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Hold a current C Class driver's licence

Skills and experience

- Tertiary ICT qualification or relevant practical experience
- Manage Windows physical and virtual servers
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and firewall systems
- Deliver ICT projects within time, budget and scope
- Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
