A large HCM transformation program in Sydney's north-west is heading into testing and needs a senior test analyst to join the test team.

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract, looking for someone to start asap.

The program is consolidating payroll, workforce management and HCM from multiple legacy systems onto a single cloud platform, with an SI partner delivering the build and a large number of downstream integrations. Configuration is well progressed, integrations are being finalised now, and testing starts in the second half of November.

This is a hands-on role. You'll write and execute test cases, work through system integration and end-to-end testing across connected systems, validate payroll outputs against awards and enterprise agreements, and support business users through UAT.

What you'll bring

- Senior test analyst experience on at least one HCM or payroll implementation




- Payroll testing depth, including award and EA interpretation and pay calculation validation
- Integration testing across complex, multi-system environments
- Experience working alongside business SMEs and an external implementation partner

Highly regarded:
- Parallel pay run testing and reconciliation
- Workforce management testing (rostering, time and attendance)
- Experience with a tier-one cloud HCM platform
- Some exposure to release or cutover support
- Any industry background is fine, provided the payroll experience is there.
