/n In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: /n /n

- Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management, schedule services, answer phone calls, and complete safety compliance admin, including JSO’s

/n

- Support the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workload

/n

- Provide world-class service to our well-established customer base

/n

- Arrange training and keep accurate records for technicians /n
- Utilise your strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive

Responsibilities/n

/n To be successful in this role, you will need the following: /n /n

- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or service support role. /n
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. /n
- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes. /n




- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members. /n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
