This is an opportunity to work in an outstanding team environment with a focus on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate interpretation and prompt resolution of customer needs. The Role

As the successful candidate for this position, you will act as the primary contact between the company and the customer for repairs and maintenance on vehicles while providing support to the Service Manager. You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities,



be results and task driven with excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities Determine the customer’s needs and vehicle data

Define the scope and type of work required

Provide accurate information to the customer prior, during and after service

Raise repair orders according to customer needs and workshop utilisation capacity
