Service Scheduler | Hervey Bay

Keep things moving. Solve problems. Make a difference to our customers. Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is looking for a Service Scheduler to join our team in Hervey Bay.

If you’re highly organised, enjoy working with people and are the type of person who can look at a busy schedule and work out what needs to happen next, this could be a great chance for you.

As a Service Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service and installation operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate technicians and installers, manage customer requests, organise materials and resources, and work closely with our customers, suppliers and internal teams.

And importantly, you’ll be the person who keeps things moving when plans change.

What will you be doing?

- Scheduling and coordinating service and installation work across the Hervey Bay region
- Allocating technicians, installers, materials and resources
- Managing a busy schedule and responding to changes throughout the day
- Proactively rescheduling jobs when work can't go ahead as planned
- Keeping customers, employees, contractors and suppliers informed of changes
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving service issues
- Coordinating materials and ensuring everything is ready ahead of scheduled works
- Maintaining accurate schedules, records and service information
- Working with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve our service processes
- Conducting site inspections and following up on service and installation outcomes

- Customer-focused – you understand the importance of keeping customers informed and delivering on expectations.
- A strong communicator – you're comfortable speaking with customers, tradespeople, suppliers and internal teams.
- Calm under pressure – you can manage competing priorities and changing circumstances without losing your focus.
- Accountable – you take ownership, follow things through and don't wait for someone else to solve the problem.

Experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, customer service, construction, manufacturing, glazing, windows and doors or another trade-based environment would be highly regarded. But if you've got the right attitude, organisation skills and ability to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

The hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
