About the Team

Join our close-knit Digital Systems (DYS) team and play a key role in supporting one of Australia’s largest defence programs, LAND 400 Phase 2, with opportunities to contribute across future Rheinmetall projects. Our Team delivers innovative electronic products that support mission success which is a combination of simulation and training systems and electronic components for the Boxer vehicle. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your career in a collaborative and growing team.

About The Role

As the Service & Support Manager – Digital Systems, you’ll lead a team of technical specialist delivering maintenance, repair and support for Land 400 Phase 2 Boxer CRV digital systems.

Working across Australia, you’ll drive equipment availability, customer outcomes and continuous improvement, balancing technical, commercial and operational priorities. You’ll lead from the front, build strong relationships with Defence customers and establish the systems and processes that keep critical capability mission-ready.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Relevant qualification in Electronics (Trade or Tertiary);
- Relevant qualification in Leadership / Management;
- Previous experience in Defence workplace or industry;
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to travel interstate or overseas when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
