About the Role

As a Service Technician (NSW), you will report to our NSW Management Team and take ownership of lift maintenance, repairs and service calls across a diverse client base.

You’ll play an important role in delivering reliable,



high-quality service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the wider Service Team. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on lifts and related equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and service call-outs in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Service Team and Management to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
- Provide professional and reliable customer service while working on-site.
- Complete service documentation, reports and other required records accurately and on time.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in the lift industry or a related technical industry.
- A current Electrical Licence and White Card.
- A valid Australian driver's licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to customers and colleagues.
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- The flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business and service requirements.
