Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to provide platform support, enhancements, defect resolution, and implementation of recent capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and support teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents and defects.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

- Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.

- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.





- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

- Support production deployments and change implementation activities.

Required Skills

- Strong ServiceNow platform development experience.

- JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes.

- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Service Catalog and Request Management.

- Incident, Change, Problem Management.

- CMDB knowledge.

- REST/SOAP integrations.

- Update Sets and Source Control.
