About the Opportunity

Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our delivery team for an upcoming ServiceNow skilled services project in Adelaide.

The project involves the design and development of a new ServiceNow case management solution , with an initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to be delivered within a defined project timeframe.

Working as part of the project delivery team, the successful candidate will contribute across solution design, technical development, configuration, defect resolution, documentation and handover .

This is a hands-on senior development role suited to someone with strong experience building custom ServiceNow scoped applications and the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute technical expertise to solution design and MVP prioritisation
- Design and develop a fit-for-purpose case management solution in ServiceNow
- Develop and configure ServiceNow scoped applications
- Build custom tables, workflows, business rules and supporting application components
- Configure workflow and lifecycle processes across multiple business teams
- Design and implement roles, ACLs, permissions and appropriate access controls
- Develop notifications, correspondence and workflow automation
- Support dashboard,



reporting and analytics requirements
- Collaborate with project, business and ServiceNow platform stakeholders
- Undertake developer unit testing and resolve identified defects
- Produce appropriate technical documentation and support solution handover
- Ensure the solution is scalable and maintainable for future enhancement

Skills & Experience Required

- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing ServiceNow scoped applications
- Experience developing custom workflows and business processes in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ACLs, roles, permissions and platform security
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development capability
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to contribute effectively to technical and solution design decisions
- Strong troubleshooting and defect-resolution capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, project and business stakeholders

Highly Desirable
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
- Experience developing case management solutions in ServiceNow
- Experience with complex workflow and lifecycle management
- Experience implementing granular access controls and separation of duties
- Experience developing solutions involving sensitive or restricted information
- Experience with external-facing or anonymous user interactions
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Experience delivering an MVP within a defined or accelerated project timeframe
