As part of continued investment in its Health, Safety & Environment function, City is seeking experienced HSE professionals to join the business across several key leadership and operational roles nationally.

HSE Manager – VIC/TAS/SA/NT

Reporting to the General Manager – Health, Safety and Environment, the HSE Manager will lead the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of HSE management systems across regional operations, while playing a visible, hands-on role in supporting safe and compliant operations.

Working closely with operational leaders and frontline teams, this role will provide practical HSE leadership, guidance and support across day-to-day operations, including incident investigations, audits and inspections, risk assessments, hazard management,



training, reporting and stakeholder engagement, while overseeing and supporting regional HSE Business Partners to drive consistent HSE standards and continuous improvement across the business.

About You To be successful, you will bring relevant tertiary qualifications in OHS, Environmental or Quality Management, together with demonstrated experience in HSE management roles.

You will have a sound understanding of HSE legislation and compliance frameworks, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments. A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach will be essential to success in these roles.
