SuccessFactors Product Owner DWS is seeking a SuccessFactors Product Owner to lead the ongoing evolution of a major enterprise HR and payroll platform. This role has a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and will work closely with People & Culture, technology teams and delivery partners to drive product direction, prioritisation and successful outcomes across payroll and HR systems.

Role Requirements

- Own and maintain the SuccessFactors product roadmap, with Employee Central Payroll as the priority, aligned to business strategy and HR transformation goals.
- Act as the SME for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central and adjacent modules, and their integration with finance, time and attendance, and banking platforms.
- Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to identify, validate and prioritise HR and payroll system requirements.
- Engage business stakeholders and external vendors to gather insights, align priorities and keep delivery on track.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and build and manage the product backlog with technology teams.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define future-state payroll and HR processes and supporting system capabilities.




- Develop business cases to secure approval and funding for recent initiatives and enhancements.
- Monitor delivery, remove blockers, and ensure features, fixes and payroll changes, including legislative and compliance updates, are delivered on time.
- Support change management and user adoption to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Preferred Experience

- SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Payroll and/or Employee Central.
- Experience within retail or other large enterprise environments with high-volume workforces.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with finance, time and attendance, and banking systems.
