Barwon Health is seeking a Senior Peer Worker to join the Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) team. You will use lived experience to inspire hope, support recovery, and help young people achieve personal goals within a 24/7 recovery-oriented setting.

You will lead Peer Workers, contribute to service development, and promote recovery principles across multidisciplinary teams while delivering individual and group-based peer support.
