Job Description

Melbourne Water Corporation is seeking two experienced Lead Operators (Sewerage Transfer) based at the Brooklyn Pumping Station. You will lead frontline operations across a complex sewerage transfer network, applying HV expertise to improve reliability, safety and service delivery.

Robust leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement are essential. You will work with HV equipment, pumping systems, and SCADA-driven monitoring, with after-hours availability and on-call roster as part of
